Clearance & tidy
Overgrown beds cleared, weeds out, dead branches removed, rubbish bagged and taken away. The bit that takes a Saturday off your life if you do it yourself.
Most Dublin gardens we visit aren't broken — they've just been let go for a season too many. Garden revival is the proper one-off reset: clear it out, fix what's worn, restore the lawn, freshen the planting, and hand it back ready to be looked after again.
You don't need to redesign a garden to make it nice again. Most of the time the bones are fine — the lawn just needs work, the beds need a clear-out, the hedge has gotten away from the owner, and one of the fence panels is on its way out.
Garden Revival is the proper one-off catch-up for that situation. We come in, get it back to a state you're happy with, and either hand it over for you to maintain or carry on with regular visits. No design fees, no rebuild — just the work that actually needs doing.
If the layout itself isn't working anymore — the lawn is in the wrong spot, the patio is too small, you've outgrown what's there — then Garden Design is the right service instead.

Scarifying, aerating, top-dressing and over-seeding for a tired lawn — or full strip-and-relay with new turf if it's past saving. We'll tell you which honestly.
Hedge cut back to size, overgrown trees pruned, anything dangerous taken down properly. See Tree Services for bigger jobs.
Replacing a broken panel, refixing posts, sorting the gate that's been dragging for two years. The little jobs that everyone puts off.
New plants in the tired beds — hardy stuff that suits Dublin conditions and won't need babysitting. Bark or gravel mulch on top so it stays looking sharp.
Everything washed down, edges cut clean, paths brushed. We walk you through what we did and how to keep it looking like this.
Whatever the garden actually needs. Most jobs are some mix of: full clearance and waste removal, lawn restoration (scarifying, aerating, seeding or new turf), fresh planting in tired beds, hedge cut-back, tree work, fence repair or replacement, and a proper deep tidy. We don't sell you a fixed package — we walk the garden with you and quote for what you actually want sorted.
Maintenance is keeping a garden you're already happy with looking sharp — a regular cut, hedge tidy, weed pull. Revival is the bigger one-off: when the garden has gone too far for a regular cut to fix and needs a proper reset before maintenance can take over.
Depends entirely on the size and how far gone it is. A small back garden that just needs a clear-out, lawn re-seed and refreshed beds typically lands around €1,500–€3,500. Larger jobs with hedge work, tree removal and fence repair can run €4,000–€8,000. We'll quote per the actual job, not a fixed package.
Most revival jobs are two to five working days. The clearance and hard work happens fast; the planting and lawn work is the bit that needs a season or two to settle in and look its best.
Yes — most clients pop us on a maintenance schedule once the revival is done. Monthly or six-weekly visits keep the garden in the state we just got it to, rather than letting it slide back.
